Establishing a focus on education over 30 years ago by our founder, Richard Carbotti, is something that we still hold firmly as an essential tool that propels our industry forward, allowing us all to evolve while expanding our own company's scope of the industry landscape. Sharing information, along with design related insights and experiences, is something that each member of our team regards as an essential part of his or her own growth as an professional. It is with great enthusiasm and passion that we offer presentations across the country, spreading knowledge we have gained and the many things that inspire our designs, processes, and philosophies.  

 

At Carbotti XP we offer a variety of different customizable topics, promising to engage our audiences with hundreds of visuals and anecdotes. We have been hired to speak by organizations internationally, offering presentations to universities and educational institutions, and can be seen annually at many of the major industry conferences and tradeshows.
